This will boost the operations team's productivity while also providing the greatest possible experience for Park Regis Singapore guests.
Under the deal, Park Regis Singapore will use Hytera PNC550, a smart PoC terminal, integrating smartphone and professional Push-to-talk over cellular functionality. The PNC550 is equipped with Android 8.1 operating system, 5-inch multi-touch screen, high-definition camera, and 2W high fidelity speaker; not only does this product meet the basic needs of voice intercom for industry users, but also delivers the requirements for multimedia usage.
As part of our total solution, the TASSTA platform will support a real-time communication system via Push to Talk (PTT), send voice, text, or data messages, and send and receive work orders. Equipped with an emergency alerting system to prevent accidents by sending an alert to the security system. TASSTA can also support Park Regis Singapore through GPS tracking and Lone Worker Protection to control their operational activities. These features allow users to transmit the exact location of working devices, video, as well as audio feeds from any device by pushing the emergency button only.
